Health y Sol in Sanford, FL is seeking a Production Associate for our on-site facility. This part-time, hourly role supports washing, sanitizing, and prepping the production line between batches, with room to grow into a full-time position.
You will wash and sanitize equipment, line with protective wax paper, and help keep the floor clean and organized for the next run. Start around 7:00 AM, 4 hours per day, 4–5 days a week, with flexibility.
Health y Sol started in a home kitchen in 2023 with a simple idea: what goes on your body should be as clean as what goes in it. Today we're a nationally distributed brand making grass-fed tallow soap, liquid soaps, balms, and other personal-care and home-care products, all manufactured by our own team in Sanford, Florida. We believe in honest ingredients, real craftsmanship, and American manufacturing over shortcuts and mystery chemicals. We've grown fast, but we haven't changed what we stand for: good products, made right, by people who care.
As a Production Associate, you help keep our production line clean, stocked, and ready to run. This is a part-time, hourly, on-site role at our production facility in Sanford, FL, reporting directly to Nick Daas, our Production Manager. We're looking for someone available 4 to 5 days a week for half-day shifts (4 hours per day), with a preferred start time of 7:00 AM, though we're flexible on start time for the right person. There's opportunity to grow into a full-time role over time, and we're also open to picking up more hours during busier seasonal stretches. Your main focus will be washing and sanitizing our soap-making equipment between batches and lining equipment with protective wax paper to keep production moving smoothly. You'll work alongside our production and quality teams to keep the floor clean, organized, and ready for the next run.
Health y Sol is a small, tight-knit team, and we mean it when we say every opinion matters here. We welcome ideas and suggestions on how to make the production line run better, safer, and more efficient, no matter your title.
