Associated Materials Innovations is hiring for an entry-level manufacturing role in its Cedar Rapids-area facility. You will operate machinery, assemble window components, and participate in quality checks, with opportunities to cross-train across multiple positions.

We seek candidates with a high school diploma or GED and basic English proficiency to read safety procedures and complete paperwork. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and ongoing skill development within a stable manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in English to read safety procedures and complete records.
• Ability to read and understand safety procedures and operating instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, 80-100 lbs with assistance depending on position.
• Willingness to cross-train and develop skills in multiple areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment or machinery and assemble window components using hand tools.
• Inspect products for defects with strong attention to detail and quality.
• Load machines, pack finished products, pull items, and prepare labels.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following safety standards.
• Cross-train and develop skills across multiple positions.
