Job summary

Randstad USA in Germantown, WI is hiring for short-term production associates to support high-volume assembly on a fast-moving production line. This role focuses on meeting daily quotas and maintaining line efficiency in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include fast-paced assembly, packaging, and sorting, using basic hand tools or automated fixtures, and communicating any line issues to supervisors. Open for a short-term posting with equity in benefits.
