Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a dependable general labor candidate for a Phoenix, AZ factory floor role. You will assist with material handling, sorting components, cleaning work areas, and packaging tasks as needed, supporting multiple production lines.

Shifts run from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with required PPE provided on-site. Applicants must follow dress code and safety rules. Randstad embraces equal opportunity employment and provides accommodations upon request.

Responsibilities

• General labor: assist with various tasks across the factory floor, including material handling, sorting components, sweeping, and general area cleanup.
• Machine support: load raw materials or components into simple machines and remove finished parts, preparing them for the next stage.
• Visual inspection: perform basic visual quality checks on products to identify obvious flaws or missing components.
• Packaging and labeling: assist with the final stages of production, including packaging finished goods and applying basic tracking labels.
• Flexibility: quickly learn and execute different factory support tasks as priorities shift during the short-term mandate.

location: Phoenix, AZ

work hours: 05:00 AM - 03:30 PM

Dress Code

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Steel toe shoes required. Client will provide PPE ( Cut-resistant sleeves, gloves, earplugs, and high-visibility vests will be provided on-site by the client.)
