Job summary

Randstad USA in Milford, CT is seeking a manufacturing associate to strictly follow SOPs and operate production equipment, loading materials and unloading finished goods after each cycle.

You will perform basic quality inspections with calipers, ensure materials are staged on the line, and adapt quickly to different teams and machinery as required for short-term assignments.

Your responsibilities:

• Process adherence: strictly follow standard operating procedures (sops) and detailed work instructions to ensure consistent product quality and process compliance.


• Machine tending: safely load materials into production equipment and remove finished products after the cycle.


• Quality control: perform routine, systematic in-process visual inspections and use basic measurement tools (e.g., calipers) to ensure components meet specifications.


• Material staging: ensure the production line is continuously supplied with necessary raw materials and components, staging finished goods for the next step.


• Adaptability: quickly integrate into different production teams and machinery setups for various short-term mandates.
