Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking candidates for on-site roles in Carrollton, TX to perform high-speed production line assembly and packaging tasks. You will handle repetitive duties, ensure accurate output, and adhere to safety standards on a fast-paced line.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive, high-speed assembly, packaging, or sorting tasks on a continuous production line.
• Work quickly and accurately to meet daily production quotas and line speed requirements.
• Safely and efficiently use basic hand tools, automated equipment, or specialized fixtures necessary for the line process.
• Quickly alert the supervisor or technician to any material jams, machine faults, or component shortages that threaten line continuity.
• Assist with the final packaging, labeling, and boxing of finished products at the end of the production line.

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
