Description

We are looking for a talented Production Associate – Level II to join our manufacturing team at our Cummins Inc. facility in Bloomfield, CT.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Ensuring Safety: Proactively stop work and report major injury hazards, comply with all HSE standards, policies, and procedures.
• Promoting Health: Report work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, hazards, and use appropriate PPE.
• Enhancing Quality: Follow standard work, process documentation, quality procedures, and perform inspections to identify non-conforming materials.
• Achieving Production Goals: Operate equipment independently to meet customer expectations and maintain cycle times or standards.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean, perform housekeeping, and carry out maintenance tasks.
• Supporting Team Members: Instruct, coach, and communicate effectively with team members and support teams.
• Improving Processes: Participate in initiatives to improve quality, safety, and efficiency.
