Job Details

Base Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

1st Shift: 6:45 am - 3:15 pm

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and work with glycerin
• Read tape measures accurately
• Escalate quality concerns regarding materials to leadership
• Follow scheduled dates
• Understand paperwork for working on common sizes to minimize downtime
• Know standard cuts for different profiles
• Verify correct sizes of exterior and interior materials
• Understand written work instructions, standard work, and quality documents
• Cross-train and work on various operations within the line/complex

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds
• Stand for the entire shift
• Fine motor skills
• Cross-train and rotate across workstations
• Ability to comprehend written instructions
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
