Goodyear Lawton is currently seeking Production Associates. Our production workforce supports the tire manufacturing process in various machine operations.

• Starting Range – $20.64-23.30/hr
• Shift Differential – Rotating Bonus $0.75
• Wage progression - start at 70% of the rate and increase 10% every 6 months until at full rate.
• General Wage increase. This is looked at twice per year but is not guaranteed.

General Description:

As a Production Associate, you will gain hands-on experience producing high-quality products in one of Goodyear's manufacturing plants. You will also become familiar with safety, quality, and how to be successful in a team environment. We encourage you to allow us to invest in your success as you invest in ours.

Requirements To Become a Successful Candidate

• High school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of a background check & drug test.
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessment.
• Job specific physical work capabilities exercises.
• Must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Required to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.

• Previous manufacturing and/or industrial experience
• Previous experience as Production Associate in a manufacturing plant
• Additional education and/or certification in manufacturing
