MasterBrand Cabinets is hiring Production Associates (full‑time) to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment requiring adaptability and quick thinking.
• Embrace cross‑training, broadening your skill set and collaborating with teammates.
• Prioritize safety, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
• Proactively master new processes and enhance efficiency.

Shift

• 1st shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Ability to read measurements, work, and calculate numbers.
• Proficiency with handheld tools, including pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot‑glue guns, and power drills.
• Minimum 18 years old, reliable transportation, willingness to work overtime.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production‑oriented environment preferred.
• Physical requirements: lift, bend, push, pull, or move materials up to 50 lb; stand or walk for 10–12 hours per shift.
