Smithfield Foods is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator to support daily production on the assigned line. You will fill in during breaks and run the line when the operator is not present, coordinating operations to keep the line productive.

The Assistant Machine Operator fills in during breaks periods; also, runs the line when the operator is not present. Evaluate the operations processes and systems and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement by performing the following duties.
