Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Production Associate II to join the Timonium, Maryland filtration and manufacturing team. You will operate equipment, assemble products, and perform quality checks to meet precise specifications.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED, up to 2 years in heavy manufacturing, and a team-oriented, safety-focused mindset. 2nd shift hours are Mon-Fri, 3PM–11:20 PM, with comprehensive benefits and potential for bonus.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Associate II to join our Timonium, Maryland filtration and melt blown cartridge manufacturing team. This key role involves operating machinery, assembling filtration products with precision and care, and conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met. Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace is fundamental to this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality filtration products.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Essential requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Up to 2 years of experience in heavy/industrial manufacturing environment or other applicable experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Ability to assemble products according to detailed specifications (weighing, measuring, simple mathematical calculations).
• Working effectively with a team to follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

• Machinery, noise, and repetitive tasks

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods of time. Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body.

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
