Job summary

bmsc-careers is seeking a Production Associate I to support assembly, filling, labeling, inspection, and packaging in a fast paced cosmetics manufacturing environment. You will follow cGMP, FDA regulations, and SOPs while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, inspecting finished goods, documenting production records, and assisting with shift handoffs. The role requires a high school diploma and 0–2 years of manufacturing experience; overtime and weekend

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, SOPs, and production documentation.
• Basic understanding of GMP and workplace safety requirements.
• Ability to identify basic product defects and packaging inconsistencies.
• Basic math skills, including counting, verifying quantities, and completing production records.
• Ability to work cooperatively with Line Leads, Supervisors, and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with GMP and company policies.
• Follow safety rules and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Perform assembly, filling, bottling, capping, labeling, inspection, and packaging operations.
• Conduct visual inspections and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Support line clearance and housekeeping during production runs.
• Handle raw materials and finished goods per procedures.
• Attend and be punctual per attendance policy.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed.
