Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Production Associate, End Capper in DeLand, FL for an on-site role in the Consumables department.

You will set up and operate equipment to produce components from blueprints, maintain records, and work under supervision with experienced colleagues.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of production experience; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

• Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum of 10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with corrugating/pleating equipment is a plus.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints or schematics is a plus.

The Production Associate, End Capper is responsible for safely and efficiently performing all tasks related to the Consumables Department. Pall is ready to offer a great position with a leadership opportunity.

This position reports to the Production Supervisor, is part of the Consumables department located in DeLand, FL and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Setup and operate all equipment in a related area to produce complicated components, subassemblies, and final assemblies from blueprints and work instructions.

+ Work under the direction of supervisors, or more experienced personnel, with little supervision

+ Maintain accurate records, and logs and collect any necessary data for use by Engineering.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ High School Diploma, G.E.D. or Equivalent

+ Minimum two years of production/manufacturing experience

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

+ Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum of 10 hours.

+ Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs

It would be a plus if you also possess experience in:

+ Operating corrugating/pleating equipment.

+ Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings and/or schematics.

+ Utilizing scorecards or other process tracking tools.
