Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Production Associate I in Timonium, MD. You will operate manufacturing equipment, assemble filtration products with precision, and perform quality checks to ensure adherence to standards.

The role reports to the Production Supervisor within the Manufacturing & Operations team and requires a high school diploma or GED plus up to one year in heavy manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of experience in heavy/industrial manufacturing or related field.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment per specifications.
• Ability to assemble products, weigh/measure, and follow safety protocols.

The Production Associate I is responsible for operating machinery, assembling filtration products with precision and care, and conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is part of the Manufacturing & Operations team located in Timonium, MD, and will be an on-site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Collaborate with skilled teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment to support customers.
• Operate advanced manufacturing equipment and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in training and development programs.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Up to 1 year of experience in heavy/industrial manufacturing environment or other relatable experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery, assemble products according to detailed specifications (weighing, measuring, simple mathematical calculations), and work effectively with a team to follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods of time.
• Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience with:

• Machinery, noise, and repetitive tasks.
• Proficiency with computer systems and operations.
• Quality inspection.

Shift: D-Shift hours will be 7:00pm-7:00am Thurs. PM - Sun. AM, and every other Wed. PM-Thurs. AM.

The hourly range for this role is $19.00/hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
