Production Associate - Harrisburg, OR, USA

General Job Description:

The Production Associate will perform multiple tasks while paying particular attention to detail. Must be able to follow specific direction and differentiate among a wide variety of materials. Process materials to specified requirements ensuring top quality and accuracy. Visually inspect material being produced for defects; and corrects such defects as necessary. Duties are assigned according to a daily production schedule. Candidates must have good manual dexterity, basic reading, writing and math skills, the ability to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis. Adhere to all proper PPE requirements and guidelines.

Work four (4) ten-hour shifts Monday- Thursday and overtime as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High School Diploma or the equivalent

• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Support the team in achieving all Safety, Production and Quality goals
