Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Able to lift heavy materials and work in varying temperatures.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, or overtime.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain a safe work environment.
• Abide by standard work procedures and job safety standards.
• Operate tire manufacturing equipment as applicable.
• Meet quality expectations for all output produced.
• Perform tasks in varying temperatures and durations, lifting as needed.
• Adhere to attendance policy.
• Communicate clearly, orally and in writing, and follow instructions.
