Job summary

Precision Strip, Inc. in Middletown, OH is seeking team-oriented individuals for entry-level material packaging roles.

You'll work a 12-hour shift pattern—Friday through Sunday 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM or Monday through Thursday 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM—with safety as a priority and opportunities to grow within the company. Starting pay is $25.75 per hour with scheduled increases and a shift premium, plus a monthly incentive bonus and 401(k) with a 10% company contribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work Friday - Sunday, 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM OR Monday – Thursday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM.
• Forklift and crane experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Successfully complete a hair-analysis drug test and background check.
