Job summary

Ryam Limited in Fernandina, FL, seeks Production Associates to provide entry-level production support across operations including pulp mill, finishing, and utilities. You will work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions and follow SOPs while wearing PPE.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years industrial experience, and be able to work rotating shifts, holidays and weekends. Drug screening, physicals, and background checks may be required; strong attendance and teamwork

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least two years of industrial or related experience preferred.
• Aptitude to learn complex manufacturing processes is expected.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including holidays and weekends is required.
• Pass drug screen, physical exam, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.
• Follow safety rules and work in a safe manner.
• Practice good housekeeping by maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Inspecting product to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Assist Operator/Technicians with daily production duties.
• Perform lock out/tag out procedures.
• Read, follow, and complete work assignments.
