Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. The role involves safely hanging customer garments, visually inspecting for repairs, and keeping the work area clean. Performance-based incentives may accompany base pay based on production standards.

Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, attendance‑driven environment while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to station to prepare for folding.
• Attention to detail: thorough and careful about detail when completing work tasks or correcting flaws or mistakes.
