Job summary

Greif is seeking a General Production worker in Cincinnati, OH to assist with paper production and finishing activities under operator direction. The role involves moving materials, loading/unloading, and maintaining clean work areas across shifts.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with paper production and finishing activities as directed by operators or supervisors.
• Move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage materials for production and shipping.
• Clean work areas, remove debris, and support overall plant housekeeping.
• Help monitor equipment and report mechanical issues, jams, leaks, or unsafe conditions.
• Support machine operators during setup, changeovers, and routine operations.
• Follow lockout/tagout, PPE, and other plant safety procedures.
• Use basic tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Complete routine checks, logs, and production records as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members across shifts and departments.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
