Job summary

Goodwill of the Olympics and Rainier Region in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Full-Time Production Worker at the South Tacoma store to process donated merchandise for resale, including sorting and pricing in a busy warehouse setting.

Responsibilities include attaching price tickets, maintaining daily production records, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace. The role offers growth through cross-training and advancement opportunities with a starting wage of $17.13 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Desire to succeed and show up to every shift.
• Ability to work in a team and also independently.
• Positive attitude and reliability.
• Strong analytical, judgment, decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to build understanding and consensus with others.

Responsibilities

• Attach price tickets to sale items.
• Record and maintain daily production records.
• Place ticketed items in appropriate transport container.
• Monitor and report supply needs to supervisor.
• Ensure the area stays clean, well-organized, and safe.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment; cross-train in other areas.
• Inspect, clean, and repair items to be priced and placed on the sales floor.
• Unload sacks, boxes, and donated items and transport to processing/storage areas.
