Goodwill Lakewood is seeking a Full Time Production Worker to process donated merchandise for resale, including sorting and pricing in a warehouse setting. The role offers career advancement and skill development opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Hourly rate is $17.13 per hour. Responsibilities include pricing, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and organization. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential for daily duties and potential cross-training in other areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Desire to succeed and show up to every shift.
• Ability to be a vital part of a team as well as work individually.

• Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Attaches price ticket to sale items.
• Records and maintains daily production records.
• Places ticketed items in appropriate transport container.
• Monitors and reports supply needs to supervisor.
• Ensures the area stays clean, well-organized, and safe.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to cross train in other areas.
• Inspect, clean, and repair items to be priced and placed on the sales floor.
