Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Bolingbrook, IL. The role involves operating production machinery, assembling components, labeling and packaging finished products, and maintaining accurate production records.

Shifts available include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with pay rates starting at $18.00/hour up to $19.50/hour. Applicants should be reliable, able to stand for long periods, and have a good command of English to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing/production experience required.
• Stand for the duration of the shift.
• Read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment with quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate or assist in the operation of production machinery and equipment following safety/quality standards.
• Use hand tools and cutting tools to trim, finish, and prep parts per specifications.
• Assemble components and package finished products per quality requirements and procedures.
• Apply labels and prepare products for shipment to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Complete required production, quality, and operational documentation accurately and timely.
• Move materials throughout the production area using proper handling techniques.
• Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate with supervisors and other departments.
• Perform additional duties to support production objectives.
