Job summary

Supreme Staffing in Las Vegas is seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to assemble and fulfill orders accurately, supporting daily production operations to ensure timely customer satisfaction.

You will pick items, pack shipments, handle materials, and maintain quality control while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role requires standing, lifting up to 15 lbs, and learning multiple computer systems (MS Word/Excel); bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to learn multiple computer systems; MS Word/Excel a plus.
• Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
• Strong hand-eye coordination; able to perform repetitive tasks.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and pick orders using a scanner according to pick/pack lists.
• Construct shipping cartons, wrap, and palletize materials.
• Maintain quality control and inspection documentation.
• Order and proof POD reprints (books, letters, fulfillment materials).
• Report equipment issues to Lead or Manager.
• Collaborate with production staff and management to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow company procedures and Quality Management System standards.
