Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate - Custodian to clean the interior and exterior of the facility, perform housekeeping, and ensure health and safety standards are met. Daily accuracy and productivity are essential.

This is a full-time, first-shift role based in Midland, TX. You will contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient work environment by performing duties as assigned by management, with a focus on quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Basic language and communication skills in speaking and understanding English
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 7 hours a day
