Job summary

Fresh Roasted Coffee is seeking a Production Associate for Coffee Order Fulfillment to pick, grind, pack, and ship customer orders from our Sunbury facility. This role keeps you active throughout the day and contributes to delivering fresh coffee across the country.

Weekend schedule Friday–Sunday, 10:00 AM–10:00 PM, with three days on and four off, full-time benefits begin quickly and opportunities to grow within a growing coffee manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/packaging preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack coffee, tea, and related products according to order details.
• Grind coffee to specifications to ensure freshness and accuracy.
• Prepare packages and print shipping labels for carrier pickup.
• Inspect packaging to ensure quality and freshness standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized production and packing area.
• Report product or inventory discrepancies to a supervisor.
• Assist with general production, packaging, and fulfillment tasks as needed.
• Support team efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Fresh Roasted Coffee is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate for Coffee Order Fulfillment to join our growing coffee production team. In this role, you will help prepare customer orders by grinding fresh coffee, packing products, and preparing shipments to ensure every order leaves our facility accurate and ready to delight our customers.

This is a hands-on production role that keeps you active throughout the day and plays a key part in delivering high-quality coffee to customers across the country.
