Ruger Firearms in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Production Associate for front line manufacturing. You may operate basic to complex machinery, including CNC turning and milling, and perform assembly tasks with an emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

We offer a base wage based on experience, multiple shifts, and quarterly profit sharing plus comprehensive benefits. Occasional overtime and Saturday work may be required.
