Job summary

RayzeBio in Indianapolis is seeking a Production Associate to maintain ISO Class 7 cleanrooms and related areas. You will follow gowning and cleaning procedures, stock materials, and ensure logs are accurate while supporting production and laboratory tasks.

Flexible hours may include evenings or weekends. Prior cleanroom experience is preferred; a high school diploma or higher is required, and familiarity with cGMPs is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of general work experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical field preferred but not required.
• Cleanroom cleaning experience is preferred.
• High School or advanced education required.

Responsibilities

• Routine cleaning and sanitization of ISO Class 7, 8 and CNC cleanroom areas.
• Stock and maintain cleaning supplies and production consumables.
• Follow GMP procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Document cleaning/sanitization in logs for rooms and equipment.
• Provide production and packaging support as needed.
• Assist in glassware and general cleaning of laboratories.
• Assist warehouse with inventory documentation.

Summary

The Production Associate will be an integral part of bringing RayzeBio’s innovative Radiopharmaceutical drug products to patients in need. As the Production Associate, you will report to Production Management and be primarily responsible for routine cleaning, sanitization and maintaining the operational readiness of the ISO Class 7 cleanrooms and associated classified support areas of the RayzeBio radiopharmaceutical facility. Responsibilities include strict adherence to written procedures for gowning, cleaning and other operations as required, stocking and maintaining gowning materials and consumables, and maintaining accurate logbook documentation. Additional responsibilities may include production support and cleaning and stocking of laboratories as required. Work hours may vary to include evenings or weekends as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for routine cleaning and sanitization of ISO Class 7, 8 and CNC cleanroom areas.
• Stock and maintain cleaning supplies and production consumables.
• Execute assigned tasks with strict adherence to policies and GMP procedures.
• Provide accurate documentation of cleaning and sanitization activities in room and equipment logbooks.
• Provide production and packaging support as required.
• Assist in glassware and general cleaning of laboratories as required.
• Assist warehouse team with inventory management and documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and Radiation Safety programs and procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings or weekends as required.

Education and Experience

• 1 – 3 years of general work experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical field preferred but not required.
• Cleanroom cleaning experience is preferred
• High School or advanced education required.

Skills and Qualifications

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of thisjob, the employee is regularly required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by thisjobincludeclose vision and distance vision.

This is a position that requires working in a laboratory environment, protective clothing, gloves, and safety glasses are required while working in a laboratory environment with radioactive materials .

Compensation Overview:

Indianapolis - RayzeBio - IN: $28.22 - $34.19per hour

The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. We determine starting pay thoughtfully – carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws. Compensation programs are reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving market factors, and individual, team or Company performance.
