Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Bulk Load Builder for the Rental division in York, PA. You will locate, count, and organize bulk products to load on trucks based on order sheets, while maintaining a clean work area and meeting quality standards.

The role requires readiness to work in a fast-paced environment with strict attendance and safety guidelines. This is a first-shift, production hourly position within the Rental organization.

• Load and stage items according to order sheets to fulfill deliveries.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and meet quantity/quality standards.
• Support team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Bulk Load Builder to support the Rental Division. The Bulk Load Builder is responsible for safely and accurately locating, counting, and organizing bulk products, such as shop towels, aprons, linens, or other items, to load on trucks for delivery to customers based on order sheets. Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.
