Job Overview

MasterBrand Cabinets (Bertch Cabinets) is hiring full‑time Production Associates to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals. Training is provided for all positions.

Responsibilities

You will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where adaptability, quick thinking, and teamwork are key. Prioritize safety, embrace cross‑training, and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward mastering new processes and enhancing efficiency.

Shift

1st shift: 6:00AM – 4:30PM, Monday‑Thursday with overtime hours on Friday.

Qualifications

• Read measurements, work, or calculate numbers.
• Use handheld tools (pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, power drills).
• Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and be willing to work overtime.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Previous experience in assembly or a production‑oriented environment preferred.
• Selected candidates will be evaluated for several production‑related roles based on business needs.
• Physical requirements: lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50lbs.; stand or walk up to an entire shift (10‑12hours).
