PrideStaff in Severn, MD is seeking motivated Production & Assembly Professionals for a premier manufacturing client. This on-site role offers 1st or 2nd shift, $20.00/hour, full-time and temp-to-hire, with entry-level experience welcome.

Qualifications

• Entry-level welcome; 1–2 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience is a plus.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to skillfully use common hand and power tools.
• Ability to read—or quickly learn to interpret—blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
