Role Details

Role: Production Associate

Location: Troy, OH

Duration: approx. Long term CTH

Shift Availability: 2nd shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
3rd shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am
12hr shift: 7:00pm – 7:00am – $12/hr
Pay rate: $11/hr (for normal working 8 hrs). Overtime $16.50/hr

Job Description

• Assembly OR Break Parts
• Following general safety guidelines
• Bend stoop and kneel
• Keep pace of production line
• Assembles smaller components onto larger components.
• Detects and reports defective materials to a supervisor.
• Conducts machine operation and safety checks at prescribed intervals.
• Performs general clean‑up and organization of work area (SCORE‑ Safety, Cleanliness, Organisation, Responsiveness, and Efficiency).
• Other duties as assigned to maintain production.
