Job summary

Buckeye Corrugated, Inc. (BCI) is seeking a 3rd shift operator to assist in safely running corrugated converting equipment in Lancaster, PA. You will follow written instructions, feed machines, and record production data in the ERP system while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

The role emphasizes teamwork, dependability, and adherence to ISO policies, with opportunities for ongoing training and growth in a production environment.

Qualifications

Position Purpose:

Responsible for assisting in all activities associated with safely running our corrugated converting equipment, including setup, operation, and cleanup.

Work Schedule:

3rd Shift: Mondays-Thursdays 8:30PM-7:00AM

Duties:

• Practice all safety rules and regulations
• Maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition
• Uphold all ISO policies and procedures in accordance with our Quality Policy
• Work from written instructions, diagrams and production cards
• Feed converting machines with raw materials
• Record production statistics within our ERP system
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
