Job summary

Polygon Composites Technology is seeking motivated Production Associates to support the manufacturing of high-quality composite products. You will operate production equipment, assist with assemblies, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include quality inspections, material handling, machine setups, and completing production records. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with emphasis on attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED or HSE).
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools.

Production Associates perform a variety of manufacturing duties, including operating production equipment, completing assembly processes, and supporting production operations while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Perform a variety of manufacturing duties, including operating production equipment, completing assembly processes, material handling, and other production-related tasks while following established work instructions, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques.
• Prepare, move, and organize raw materials and finished products throughout the production process.
• Inspect products for defects and report quality or equipment concerns to supervision.
• Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and basic production adjustments as needed.
• Complete production records and paperwork accurately.
• Follow all company safety policies, including proper use of PPE and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work effectively with team members to achieve daily production, quality, and safety objectives.

Education & Training

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED or HSE).

Knowledge & Experience

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and accurately use basic measuring tools, such as micrometers and calipers.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Hours/Shifts: This is a 2nd Shift position.

1st Shift: Monday through Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm EST

2nd Shift: Monday through Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm EST

3rd Shift: Sunday through Friday 11:00pm - 7:00am EST

Hours and shifts may vary depending on needs of the department.
