Job summary

Quanex in Luck, Wisconsin is seeking a Production Associate - 2nd Shift to join our team. Pay ranges $20.40 to $24.48 per hour, including a 20% shift differential; schedule Monday–Thursday, 3:30 pm–2:00 am with overtime on Fridays.

• At least 6 months of production, assembly, or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor product to ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep the work area clean and 5S compliant.
• Complete production reports clearly and accurately.
• Promote teamwork and assist others as needed.

Pay: $20.40 to $24.48 per hour (rate includes 20% shift differential) , depending on experience.

• Potential for pay increase up to $1 if meeting or exceeding expectations at 90 day performance review.
• The level for each Production Associate is determined by management based on the ability to train others and number of machines the operator can run while meeting production standards and quality requirements.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 pm - 2:00 am. Overtime potential on Fridays.
