Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Production Associate (2nd shift) to assist machine operators and production teams across maintenance, cleanup, yard work, warehouse, and utilities. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include preparing for shift production, operating tools and machinery as trained, packaging products, and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to follow company production and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic: add/subtract two-digit numbers and multiply/divide tens and hundreds.
• Must be able to demonstrate lock out tag out procedures.
• Must stand for extended periods and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle assignments in a repetitive and/or sequential order for completing tasks assigned.
• Keep work area clean.
• Use security gear at all times and follow all safety regulations.
• Operate machinery or equipment as trained and instructed following safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist lead operator in preparing for shift production.
• Operate a variety of hand tools.
• Package and label products properly.
• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.

• Must be able to demonstrate lock out tag out procedures
• While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time
• Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. from groundlevel
