Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking a Union Worker for the Twin Town Division in Coon Rapids, MN. This on-site, full-time role on 2nd and 3rd shifts supports production operations; wage is $20.51 per hour.

You will train as a boxmaker, perform stacking and feeding, and assist machine operators to keep orders running. Overtime is mandatory and the position requires standing 8-10 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to read a tape measure.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds repetitively and up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per shift. Overtime is mandatory.
• Must be able to read and interpret a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Train as boxmaker across multiple positions including stacking and feeding.
• Assist machine operators to keep production running and cover when operators are out.
