Job summary

Applied Medical Technology, Inc. (AMT) is seeking a Production Associate for 1st shift in our Cleveland-area facility. You will assemble feeding sets and basic products in a clean, sterile environment, following set procedures and quality standards.

The role offers Monday–Friday schedule 7:00am–3:30pm with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour. Candidates should be able to read and interpret technical procedures in English, communicate effectively, and perform tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to read, and interpret technical procedures in English.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently with minimal supervision, and facilitate teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assemble feeding sets and basic assemblies following procedures.
• Visual inspection of devices, labels, and packaging.
• Maintain quality and efficiency standards.
• Complete paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Cross‑functional training required.
• Follow instructions and procedures accurately.
