Hummel seeks a full-time Production Associate in Grafton, WI to support print production and warehouse operations. You will be trained across multiple areas, producing, fulfilling, and shipping apparel and sporting goods across North America.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in warehouse, production, or apparel is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to learn Hummel products and inventory processes.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Apply vinyl numbers, letters, logos using a heat press with quality control.
  • Prepare apparel for production by unbagging, staging, and cutting vinyl.
  • Conduct quality inspections throughout production.
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using picklists and shipping software.
  • Generate shipping labels and process outbound shipments.
  • Receive inventory, inspect quality, and stock merchandise.
  • Maintain inventory through cycle counts.
  • Load and unload shipments with forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Support production and warehouse operations to meet daily demands.

In this cross-functional role, you'll be trained across multiple areas of the business, helping produce, fulfill, and ship high-quality apparel and sporting goods for customers across North America.

Production Associate - Hummel Grafton, WI
Responsibilities:
  • Apply vinyl numbers, letters, logos, and markers to garments using a heat press while maintaining quality and placement standards.
  • Prepare apparel for production by unbagging garments, staging workstations, and cutting vinyl according to production specifications.
  • Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using picklists and shipping software.
  • Generate shipping labels and process outbound shipments.
  • Receive incoming inventory, inspect products for quality, and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and proper inventory organization.
  • Load and unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks (as trained).
  • Support production and warehouse operations as needed to meet daily business demands.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, production, or apparel is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn Hummel products, styles, and inventory processes.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
