Job summary

SRI Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Production Associate at its Mason, OH Healthcare Laundry facility. The candidate should be confident in decision making, act quickly, and communicate effectively.

This position emphasizes measurable performance and continuous improvements within a healthcare laundry setting. Responsibilities include following SOPs, handling clean linen, labeling, and coordinating with the Sterilizer Operator for further processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented and ability to learn quickly.
• Able to perform repetitive physical motion at a workstation for extended periods.
• Able to stand for long periods and read/understand SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Separate, fold, and distribute clean linen.
• Inspect linen to ensure quality standards.
• Pouch and label sterile product using heat sealing machine.
• Send finished packs to Sterilizer Operator for processing.
• Work within productivity and quality standards.
• Make recommendations to management for improvements.
• Mentor and train fellow associates after mastering tasks.
• Read and understand all SOPs.
• Keep work station neat and clean.
• Other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate :

• Perform tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Separate, fold, and properly distribute clean linen.
• Inspect clean linen to ensure all quality standards have been met.
• Pouch and label sterile product utilizing the heat sealing machine.
• Send finished packs to Sterilizer Operator for further processing.
• Work within established productivity and quality standards.
• Make recommendations to facility management for methods of improvement.
• Mentor and train fellow associates after mastery of tasks.
• Ability to read and understand all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Keep work station neat and clean.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :
