Job summary

Primally Pure is seeking Production Associates to hand-make natural skincare products in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will help ensure products are made, packaged, and labeled on time with careful attention to detail and a positive attitude.

The role emphasizes teamwork, following recipes, and maintaining clean, safe workspaces while supporting labeling, packaging, and overall production flow. Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, and label products with care to maintain quality.
• Follow recipes and processes accurately and without errors.
• Monitor ingredients and detect any imbalances before adding them to batches.
• Assist with labeling and communicate ingredient or packaging needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report hazards.
• Be able to lift or carry up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods, working in a space that lacks climate control, or lifting objects with an established maximum weight.
• Ability to follow directions accurately.
• Attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good technical and mechanical skills
• Must be able to follow recipes without error
• Develop a sense of what each ingredient should smell, and feel and detect any potential imbalances prior to adding each one to a batch.
• Assist with labeling products (by machine and by hand) as needed.
• Communicate ingredient or packaging needs when necessary.
• Clean up after oneself and others during and at the end of each shift, maintaining a clean workspace
• Maintains a safe work environment in manufacturing areas
