Job summary

ImageFIRST is hiring a Production Associate in Weslaco, TX. You will work as part of a healthcare laundry plant team, handling linen, gowns, scrubs, and related products.

Starting pay is $10.50/hour with a shift 8:00 am–4:30 pm; extended hours may occur. The role emphasizes infection prevention, safety, and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Present two valid forms of identification at hire.
• Stand for the duration of the shift.
• Lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexibility for special requests.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled linen and garments by product type.
• Prepare and load clean products for delivery according to route needs.
• Launder medical, hospitality, and F&B garments and linens.
• Maintain clean and orderly workspace.
• Handle and package items per infection prevention practices.
• Inspect linens and package per quality standards.
• Operate equipment and decontaminate work area per OSHA standards.
• Adhere to Lock-out Tag Out policies.
• Complete safety training and SOPs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Our Production Associates work together in a team environment in our healthcare laundry plant.

Starting Pay $10.50/hour

Shift 800 am- 430 pm (may work extended hours)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sort soiled linen and garments by product type
• Prepare and load clean products for delivery according to route needs
• Launder medical, hospitality, and food and beverage garments and linens
• Maintain clean and orderly workspace throughout each shift
• Handle and package all items consistent with the company’s infection prevention best practices
• Inspect linens and package product per company quality and efficiency standardsprior to finishing
• Operate all equipment, perform work, and decontaminate work area according to OSHA standards
• Assure Lock-out Tag Out policies areadhered to at all times- shut off all equipment when not in use
• Support our Value to Be Safe by completing all required safety training and SOPs.
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to present two valid forms of identification upon hire

• Ability tolift upto 30 pounds required
