Overview

Traverse City, MI | 2nd & 3rd Shifts | $21.46/hr + Overtime. Start as a General Production Laborer, with potential placement in mixing, dough-making, packaging, or palletizing. Work in a hands-on, active environment with consistent overtime opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Start as a General Production Laborer, with potential placement in mixing, dough-making, packaging, or palletizing.
• Work in a hands-on, active environment with consistent overtime opportunities.

Schedule

• First week orientation: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Then move to permanent shift (2nd & 3rd shift openings available).
• 40+ hours per week; 8–12 hour shifts; some Saturdays and occasional Sundays (July–October).
• $21.46/hour
• Overtime: Time and a half Saturdays, double time Sundays
• Advancement opportunities after ~1 year (Team Lead, Specialist, or Maintenance roles).

Requirements

• 18+ with solid work history (no job hopping)
• Able to pass background check and drug screen (initial screen does not test for marijuana)
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work overtime as needed
