Job summary

Mojave Energy Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced associate to join the Production Team for assembling Mojave ArctiDry air-conditioners at our Anderson, South Carolina facility.

The role requires prior assembly in a manufacturing environment and offers a ground-floor opportunity to help build our manufacturing process and team. You will follow work instructions, hit safety/quality/delivery targets, and work with HVAC components.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Manufacturing/Assembly environment.
• HVAC/Refrigeration experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assembly of Mojave ArctiDry air-conditioners.
• Achieve and exceed budgeted metrics: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Follow work instructions to assemble HVAC equipment; copper pipe brazing or electrical panel assembly experience preferred.
• Interface clearly and politely with customers and coworkers.

This is an onsite role located in Anderson, S.C.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking talented associates to build up the Production Team for our third-generation liquid desiccant air conditioner factory. Prior experience with Assembly in a manufacturing environment is required, and Service or Installation of any Refrigeration and HVAC systems is desirable. The successful candidate will "get in at the ground floor" of our newly launched and funded business to build our manufacturing process and team. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for assembly of Mojave ArctiDry air-conditioners.

Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and work location, consistent with applicable law.
