Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Production Associate for a high-volume, light manufacturing operation in South Sacramento, CA. The role is temp-to-hire with a Monday–Friday schedule and shifts from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, paying $19.00 per hour.

This is a long-term opportunity with potential to convert to a permanent role. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food/beverage industries and works well in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) is preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Forklift certification or previous forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a team member in a high-volume, light manufacturing environment.
• Support daily production activities and maintain consistent workflow.
• Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow GMPs and quality standards when applicable.
• Assist with various production tasks throughout the facility.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
