Cowgirl Creamery & Tomales Bay Foods is seeking a Production Associate to support daily cheesemaking, aging, and packaging processes at our California facility. No prior cheesemaking experience is required, making an entry point for motivated individuals.
Responsibilities include working in production, aging rooms, and packaging areas, while maintaining cleanliness and safety in compliance with food safety policies.
The Production Associate help with the daily cheesemaking process and ensure we are making safe, tasty cheese. We work in compliance with food safety policies and local and federal regulations. In this role, you will assist in meeting daily production goals and keeping the creamery clean and orderly. No prior cheesemaking experience is needed!
This is a non-exempt, full-time position.
