Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Production Associate (Mid Level) in Pensacola, FL for a 0-6 month contract. The role involves manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging and shipping of products. Shift patterns include Pitman shift with 12-hour cycles, day or night, on a two-week rotation.

• Maintains daily production output and adheres to EHS and Quality policies.
• Participates in quality inspections and team improvement activities.

Shift Timing: Shift 2/2/3 Pitman shift, 12-hrs, night or day, 5: 45 to 6: 15. Operators work A&B over a two-week pattern. We do not rotate day to night. Contract: 0-6 Months

Summary:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge and usage of basic math, ability to read and comprehend written work instructions, use measuring equipment (ruler, calipers, etc.).
• 1+ years'experience in a manufacturing environment, a cleanroom environment and with ERP Systems (i.E. SAP, Oracle, etc.)

The production associate (Mid Level) may have responsibilities including manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging and shipping of products.

Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

Follows work procedures and schematics including complex instructions regarding duties to be performed Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets Assists in the writing and/or developing of work procedures Works independently and completes basic troubleshooting Maintains daily production output Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures Participates in quality control inspections when required Works with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency Other duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams Performing more advanced and complex assembly and testing when required Trains other team members when required Comply with EHS regulations and policies
