Job summary

ResourceMFG is now hiring a Production Associate in Clinton, PA. The role involves assembling and packing components, operating on an assembly line when required, and maintaining production flow to meet targets. You will log daily production data and communicate any part or equipment issues to supervisors.

The position offers 1st shift (5:45 AM–4:15 PM, Mon–Thurs) at $16.00/hour or 2nd shift (4:00 PM–2:30 AM, Mon–Thur) at $17.00/hour, with benefits and referral bonuses as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Accurately record daily production data.
• Communicate issues with defects to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and packaging including capping, repacking, or building kits to maintain production levels.
• Work on or with an assembly line and coordinate with team members to meet metrics.
• Record production using the company ERP system and ensure data accuracy.
• Report defective parts or equipment to supervisors for prompt action.

Packaging Associate Job Duties:

• Quickly and efficiently assemble components, which can include but not limited to capping bottles, repacking bottles and/or building kits of multiple components to ensure production levels are maintained.
• May work individually or as part of an assembly line to complete the process, in which case must communicate with other team members on the production line to ensure speed and accuracy to meet established metrics.
• Accurately record daily production with limited use of company ERP system.
• Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem.
• Maintain an efficient and orderly production room while following all company and facility safety policies, procedures, and guidelines and immediately reporting potentially hazardous situations.
• Support branch metrics to drive customer satisfaction.
