What You’ll Do

As a Production Associate, you’ll play a hands‑on role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and on time. You’ll work alongside a team that values hard work, accountability, and taking care of one another.

Available Shifts and Hours:

1st Shift - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift - 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

3rd Shift - 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Hourly Pay Rate: $16/hour

Key responsibilities include:

• Safely operating production equipment and tools
• Assembling, repairing, or processing pallets and related materials
• Following all safety procedures and proactively identifying hazards
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Meeting productivity and quality expectations
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and teammates
• Supporting continuous improvement efforts
